I co-founded Cymbal and led product design from the earliest stage, identifying a structural gap in how live events drive revenue and building the platform to solve it.

As Chief Product Officer and product designer, I defined product strategy, shaped the system architecture, and guided the experience end to end from concept through launch and customer adoption.

Cymbal brings email, SMS, paid media, automation, and audience data into a single intelligence layer, allowing lean event teams to execute sophisticated growth strategies without relying on fragmented tools.

This work required operating beyond traditional product design. I aligned business strategy with product direction, determined platform scope, and built a scalable foundation for a vertical SaaS company.

Product Designer

Working closely with venue operators exposed a pattern. Marketing teams were manually assembling campaigns for every show, juggling email platforms, experimenting with SMS, and rebuilding workflows repeatedly under tight timelines.

The issue was not effort. It was operational complexity.

We saw an opportunity to automate large portions of their workflow using event data, enabling teams to spend less time assembling campaigns and more time driving attendance.

The future product would not be another marketing tool. It would act as the growth infrastructure behind every event.
